For this beautiful home we replaced their existing roof with GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural shingles in Appalachian Sky. We also replaced the pipe boots, drip edge, flashing and added GAF Master Flow roof vents. This customer also purchased the Golden Pledge warranty which covers the materials for up to 50 years and workmanship for up to 25 years!
We replaced this customers existing gutters with 6" aluminum seamless gutters, micro mesh gutter guards and down spouts.
For this beautiful church, we replaced their low-slope roof using Mule Hide TPO system.

We had some roofing repairs completed by Cooley, and the whole process was extremely transparent, in terms of timing, price, and scope of work. Joseph and Santiago made repairs very quickly and were communicative throughout the process. They even fixed a leak on the inspection visit, right before a rainstorm, so that we didnt incur additional ceiling damage in our house. When they came back for the main repair job, they made quick work and cleaned up everything before leaving. Cooleys price was also fair, as I got 3 quotes before signing a contract. I hope I dont have a need for roofing services again, but if I do, Cooley will be my first and only call!

Cooley recently completed roof, fascia and gutter replacements for me after a hail storm. I have been pleased with the quality of the work and the company's responsiveness from start to finish. Bennett did a thorough evaluation of my roof, explained his findings and recommendation for a new roofing system. I was given detailed line item quotes for all work which helped me when dealing with the insurance company. Other roofing companies who quoted the job weren't as detailed or thorough. Beverly in the office was pleasant any time I called. Jillian was great keeping me posted on scheduling the 3 crews who completed the job, working around a bunch of rainy days. The crews did an excellent job completing the work and leaving the work site clean. I am very pleased with the job Cooley did for me.
