As the year comes to a close, we have a great deal to be thankful for. We wanted to take a moment and thank you, those who trust us with their roofing, siding and windows. Our foremen and install teams wanted to let our customers know they appreciate their business but perhaps most of all their grace and understanding when traffic and weather delay their job. Our office staff wants you to know that they appreciate your patience when a return phone call takes just a bit longer than they planned. We love the handwritten notes you’ve sent with appreciation of the new look of your home. It’s also rewarding when you tell us that you’re saving money on your heating and cooling because of new siding and windows. And, even if we haven’t responded to your review online, we’re appreciative of the time you took to leave it and strive to meet those five-star expectation always.

As any married man knows, it’s impossible to get everything done without the help of a loving and supportive wife. I wanted to especially thank Jennifer for all she does both in the office and at home. Of course, understanding children make all the difference in a small business’s success as well, so thank you to mine who know why I’m sometimes late or miss events. I certainly can’t leave out Jillian who handles things in the office with such great diligence and attention to detail. And last, but certainly not least, our customers who have called us to install new roofing, siding and windows or referred us to their neighbors are the ones I owe the greatest thanks to. I promise to continue to work hard for you in the coming year, just as I always have.
