Although you may not have a roof leak yet, if the roof deck has an issue, eventually your shingles will lack support and a leak will develop. When the trusses have damage, your entire home is under stress. If even one of the trusses collapses, the entire roofing structure could sustain further damage.

Although termites are often thought of as the worst pest in the home, some bees can leave behind as much or more damage. Carpenter bees are the worst offenders as they eat any untreated wood.
